Xavier Serrat receives a “Cum Laude” distinction on his PhD on biotechnology applied to Mediterranean rice

On 30th September Xavier Serrat, IP from Neurice, defended his PhD “Applied biotechnology to improve Mediterranean rice varieties”. It was developed as an Industrial Doctorate project between Barcelona University and Càmera Arrossera del Montsià. This work, that was the basis for the Neurice project, received the Cum Laude distinction.
